Oscar's Pier 83 | Our Story

A Glendale seafood spot since 2004
Oscar's Pier 83 opened in Glendale in 2004 with a straightforward idea: bring quality seafood to the Valley at prices that make sense, in a setting where you can actually relax. Over two decades later, that's still exactly what we do.

Why we started
The Valley had plenty of options, but a great casual seafood place — one that did fish and chips right, consistently, without charging fine-dining prices — was hard to find. Oscar's was built to fill that gap.
Seven ways to do fish and chips
We offer seven varieties of fish-n-chips, all prepared fresh to order. Getting it right every time — that's been the whole point from day one.
Made from scratch, every day
Our New England clam chowder is homemade, and all of our breads are baked fresh in-house. We also rotate featured fresh catches so regulars always have something new to try.
More than the fry basket
Beyond fish and chips, the menu covers jumbo shrimp, oysters, clam strips, tacos, sandwiches, broiled plates, and salads. Plenty of reasons to come back on a Tuesday.
